TICKET/EVENT POLICIES

ALL sales are FINAL, no refunds / cancellations or exchanges.  Lakes Jam is not responsible for replacement of wristbands or lost/stolen tickets/passes. All tickets and wristbands should be treated as cash.

 

Any acts advertised are confirmed.  Acts are subject to change.  No refunds/exchanges due to failure of an act to appear.

 

Wristbands are void if removed or tampered with.

 

All shows take place rain or shine. Dates and Times are subject to change. No Refunds due to date/time change.

 

Video cameras or professional cameras are not allowed in the concert bowl. Violators of this are subject to removal from the event grounds.

 

All persons at the event may be photographed for promotional purposes without prior approval and compensation.

 

Outside food and beverage are not allowed in the concert bowl.

 

All persons are subject to pat downs and their bags, purses, boots, and other items carried are subject to inspection.

 

Persons enter the event grounds at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, volunteers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors or any other individuals with the event.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission to customers with tickets purchased on re-sale websites. Tickets purchased through any of our official ticketing platforms must not be sold or advertised for sale on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any ticket advertised for sale in this way will be automatically void.
