What are convenience fee's?

Convenience fees are the fees passed on to the promoter by the ticketing agency in order to process tickets on and off site.

Where can I purchase Lakes Jam tickets?

Tickets may be purchased online, with both print-at-home or pick up at Will Call options.   Phone orders available with payment by Credit Card only.  Tickets may be purchased at physical locations in Mid-April at Ticket Outlets.

What all do I need to purchase if I am camping?

1) Purchase a Full Service Site or a Reserved Site.  Otherwise there is no charge for General Camp Sites and they are first come, first serve.

​

2) Every person in the campgrounds must have a 3 day event pass and a camping wristband.

​

3) Full Service and Reserved sites include one vehicle pass.  Extra Vehicles will need a vehicle pass.

​

4) General Camping will need to purchase a vehicle pass.

​

5) ATV's and Golf Carts will require an ATV/Golf Cart Pass.

 

How do I reserve my campsite?

You may reserve your campsite on the ticketing site. Both Reserved and Full Service you may choose your site. General camping is open space, first come.

What is a camping wristband?

Camping Wristbands are used to allow you access into the camping areas. You must have a 3 day Concert Pass in order to enter campgrounds as well.

What is a Vehicle pass fee?

A Lakes Jam Vehicle Pass allows you to bring a vehicle onto the Lakes Jam property in the campground areas.

If it has a steering wheel it needs to have a pass.

Do I need to purchase a vehicle pass even if I purchased a campsite?

Full Service and Reserved Sites include 1 vehicle pass;  all other vehicles will have to have a Vehicle Pass purchased separately.

Are children allowed to attend?

Yes, children are able to attend. Lakes Jam is an all ages event. We encourage you at attend with your friends and family. 8 and under are free.

Can I bring beverages to Lakes Jam?

Beverages are allowed in the Lakes Jam Campgrounds. You are not able to bring any beverages into the concert area. NO GLASS Bottles.

Can I bring my own campfire wood?

You are able to bring your own campfire wood into the Lakes Jam campgrounds.

​

Can I bring my own chairs?

You may bring your own chairs to Lakes Jam campground and concert areas at no extra charge.

Can I rent a golf cart?

Yes. Lakes Jam sponsor Power Lodge has golf carts available for rent, less then a mile from the concert and will deliver. 218-822-3500

Is hotel shuttle service provided to and from the event?

Yes. Selected hotels and resorts will offer shuttles to and from Lakes Jam. Shuttle service arranged by VisitBrainerd.com to the hotels listed on our Sponsors page.

All meet and greet photos will be posted on the Lakes Jam Facebook page.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. No Refunds. No Exchanges. Event Date, Time, Talent and Ticket Prices are Subject to Change.
